How to Delete Your Records

At CrawlerLive, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains the steps you can take to request deletion of your account and associated records.

1. Deleting Your Account

To request deletion of your CrawlerLive account and all associated personal data, please follow one of the methods below:

• Log in to your account on the CrawlerLive mobile app, navigate to your Profile page, and select Delete Account.
• Send an email request to curt@crawlerlive.com from the email address associated with your account.

2. What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your personal profile information (name, email address, etc.)
• Your event registration history
• Your scoring and run records associated with your account
• Any community posts, comments, or media you have submitted

3. What May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained for legal, financial, or operational reasons, including:

• Transaction and payment records required for tax and accounting compliance
• Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you

4. Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.
